This is a must try for anyone who likes Beer and Chocolate 🙂

Recipe for Beery Hot Chocolate (I think you could also have it cold by blitzing in some ice cubes)

For the Hot Chocolate:
1 cup whipping cream with a milk fat content of between 36 and 40 percent
½ cup Milk
½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chocolate Stout
2 tbs Sugar (if desired)
For The Whipped Cream:
1 cup  whipping cream with a milk fat content of between 36 and 40 percent
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbs Stout

Over medium high heat, add the cream, milk and chocolate chips to a pan and stir until melted (don’t heat too quickly.
Remove from heat and stir in the beer. It’s at this point you might want to add some sugur depending on your personal taste.
Return the pan to the heat and stir until desired temperature is reached.
To make the whipped cream, put all ceam ingredients (as above) in a bowl and whip until it forms into soft peaks

Serven the hot chocolate topped with whipped cream
